1 / ORDER

By placing an order on this site, the customer acknowledges having read these conditions of sale and accept them. The minimum order for France and the European Union is 20 € (shipping not included).

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination and the amount of the order.

An order confirmation is automatically sent to the customer by email.

For countries outside the European Union it is imperative to contact us before any order. Any order placed and paid for a country outside the EU, without our confirmation, will be canceled and fully refunded.

the photos, present on the articles, are not contractual, we present plants in situ as well as subjects often aged in culture. When the available plant is presented, it shows ONE subject among several and there may be a difference in appearance depending on the individual. On the other hand, the plant can be larger if it has grown between the taking of the photo and the purchase, but also, smaller, if the watering has been interrupted for several weeks or, in winter.

No CITES or Phytosanitary Certificate is required within the EEC, so we do not issue them.

The regulations must be made at the time of the order (Paypal, Bank cards: VISA, CB, Mastercard, by bank check in France or transfer).

BE CAREFUL, IF YOU WISH TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD, DO NOT USE PAYPAL, WHICH OCCASES FEES THAT WE SHOULD BE BILLED TO YOU, BUT THE PAYBOX SOLUTION (BANK CREDIT AGRICOLE). FOR YOU IT IS THE SAME BUT FOR US, THESE FEES ARE EXCESSIVE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING

2 / CANCELLATION and WAIVER

The customer is protected by the law on doorstep selling. Before delivery, the customer can cancel his order without penalty by any means at his convenience (email, telephone, fax, mail). According to the Commercial Code, it has a period of 7 days from delivery to renounce its order and return all of the goods in their original state, shipping costs borne by the customer. The amounts collected will be refunded after checking the conformity of the returned goods.

3 / PRICE

The prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, from Ozoir. Shipping costs are added automatically by the program that manages the site.

4 / SHIPMENTS

The plants are sent bare-rooted (with some exceptions). They are all labeled and packaged separately, with great care. Packages are sent by post by Colissimo de La Poste (IT follow-up, delivery within 48 hours after dispatch, delivery advice in the event of the recipient's absence).

On certain subjects, we may have to cut leaves or branches to facilitate packaging and transport, except on particular subjects which are justly beautiful because they have never been cut.

 

5 / DELAYS

Orders are executed in order of arrival, shipping times varying between 1 and 2 weeks, or even longer during our exhibition periods, from March to June and from the end of August to October (contact us in case of holidays from you)

It is not possible to guarantee a very precise delivery day, so plan the most convenient delivery location for you.

Shipments are suspended if there is a risk of frost, extreme heat or strikes. Customers with open orders are systematically informed of the decision to postpone shipments. The suspension can be lifted by simple request from the customer, however in the event of damage to the plants or loss of the package, we will not be held responsible.

It may also happen that the plant you have chosen has been sold on the previous exhibition, we will then offer you either a new choice or a partial or full refund of your order.

6 / GUARANTEES

The quality of each plant is checked before shipping.

They are sent healthy, their recovery depends on the new growing conditions and the stress caused by the shipment. Many of our plants can be cultivated with delicacy and intended for experienced amateurs! Ask before ordering. We could not reimburse such a plant that has not been put in the right growing conditions (greenhouse, veranda ...)


The stocks are regularly updated, however, in case of unavailability of a plant when making a package we replace it with a voucher to be used on the next order.


No clause to take back plants or accessories beyond the legal deadline of 7 days, the good health of plants only depends on the care provided after delivery.

The shipping of packages is the responsibility of the delivery service. In the event of a delay, loss or damage problem with the package during transport, www.plantemania.fr cannot be held responsible.
